BiWaze Cough uses alternating positive and negative air pressure to support airway therapy, with high-frequency oscillation integrated into each cycle. The system features two separate blowers—one for inhalation and one for exhalation—which support independent airflow paths. Its Dual Lumen Breathing Circuit further isolates airflow using a coaxial design, helping maintain clean airflow paths by separating inhaled and exhaled air.

A 7-inch touchscreen offers intuitive menu navigation and allows users to store and access up to 10 customizable therapy profiles.
