We're based in Tabernacle, NJ (1557 Route 206), and ship nationwide—and to most international destinations. Some restrictions apply.

Who is your equipment sold or rented to?

We serve hospitals, home-health agencies, surgery centers, veterinarians, and individuals with a valid prescription. We do not rent to individuals/patients.

What does 'refurbished' mean?

It means devices are cleaned, tested, and restored to manufacturer specifications, then sold with a warranty and ready for patient use.

Do you sell parts and accessories?

What rental options are available?

Most in‑stock items ship within 24–48 hours via UPS or freight services. International and certain products may have different timelines or restrictions.

Component Coverage: Media Bed: One replacement covered within the first 12 months (for models with an internal oxygen concentrator). Battery: 90-day warranty from the invoice date. Air filters: 30-day warranty. Accessories: 30-day warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty Service & Limitations: Coverage applies only to defects in material or workmanship under normal use. React Health’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit, at its discretion. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of discovering a defect. The device or part must be returned or made available to React Health as instructed. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, accident, or shipping is not covered.
