MAQUET is committed to continuous development of the platform. Since 2001 MAQUET has released new functionality for the Siemens Servo-I on a yearly basis with 100% backwards compatibility. Upgrading is a snap: software and add-on modules update functionality to ensure all clinical requirements are met.

The typical ICU needs to be prepared for many combinations of patients and clinical situations. The SERVO-i respiratory ventilator platform can easily be adjusted to meet the needs of neonatal, pediatrics, adults patients. Four configurations are available: SERVO-i Infant, SERVO-i Adult and two editions of SERVO-i Universal. SERVO-i Infant and SERVO-i Adult can easily be upgraded to SERVO-i Universal, which caters to all patient categories.

SERVO-i supports both invasive and non-invasive ventilation. It a high performance, mobile, cost effective respiratory system. Ease of training, operation and maintenance as well as flexibility and modularity ensures a low life cycle cost. Maquet insures the financial cost benefits in operating this ventilator are considerable: there is no need invest in multiple types of ventilators for different patient categories and situations.
